How many guests can stay?
Up to seven guests. The house has one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa in the game room, and three full bathrooms.
When is the pool open?
The outdoor pool typically opens from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. The two-person hot tub is available year-round.
What should I know about the waterfront?
The house sits directly on Lake Como. Stairs lead down to the lower floor and lake. Ask the host about current dock and watercraft availability before your stay.
Can I bring my dog?
The listing allows up to three dogs weighing up to 50 pounds each. A per-dog fee applies. Ask the host before booking for larger dogs, additional dogs, or other animals.
When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and checkout is by 10 a.m. local time. The guest rental agreement is required before arrival instructions are sent.
Is there parking in winter?
On-site driveway parking is available. The host recommends four-wheel or all-wheel drive when there is snow.
